Faith Friday: Blue Friday

Do you need another reason to participate in Blue Fridays and wear blue every Friday in November?

How can I put this…

God said so.

And every skillful woman spun with her hands, and they all brought what they had spun in blue and purple and scarlet yarns and fine twined linen.
~Exodus 35:25

“And they bound the breastpiece by its rings to the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, so that it should lie on the skillfully woven band of the ephod… He also made the robe of the ephod woven all of blue, and the opening of the robe in it was like the opening in a garment, with a binding around the opening, so that it might not tear.
~Exodus 39:21-23

“… then they shall put on it a covering of goatskin[a] and spread on top of that a cloth all of blue, and shall put in its poles. And over the table of the bread of the Presence they shall spread a cloth of blue and put on it the plates, the dishes for incense, the bowls, and the flagons for the drink offering; the regular showbread also shall be on it.
~Numbers 4:5-7

The LORD said to Moses, “Speak to the people of Israel, and tell them to make tassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and to put a cord of blue on the tassel of each corner.”
~Numbers 15:37-39

I love that you found all the “blue” verses in the bible. That’s fantastic.
