Four letter word

Don’t worry Castle, I’ll refill my insulin pump just as soon as your show is over.

Castle is worried

I vaguely remember silencing a low reservoir alarm around lunch time yesterday. I’m glad I double checked the reservoir before heading to bed last night. With my previous insulin pump, it would deliver about 20 units even after the pump read as “empty” but with this pump ZERO means ZERO.

And I hate nothing more than being woken by a pump alarm that requires me to actually get out of bed and do something (unlike a low res or low battery, which can usually wait until morning).

I miss that about my Medtronic alarms, 30, 20, 10…. then 10 past zero. I could over 20 hours, know when I had to do the refill.
