Fingertips – Diabetes Art Day 2014

Diabetes Art Day 2014 - Fingertips

My fingertips are my connection to my life with diabetes. They bear the marks of the repeated blood sugar checks I use to manage my diabetes. My fingertips also allow me to connect to people living with diabetes around the world.

I figured instead of just using my fingertips as the tool to create a project for Diabetes Art Day 2014, I would use my fingertips AS the project.

What a fantastic idea!! And I’m impressed with how great your art looks on a tiny fingernail space – that takes talent!

I kind of wish the magical “104 mg/dL” was on your middle finger. 🙂 (Your nails look amazing.)
